Shreyayush Properties Private Limited is based right in Dadar, which is basically the heart of the city. We are in Wing B of the Dadar Panschim CHSL on Plot B. Our place is actually a flat on the 12th floor, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office. Dadar is always crowded and loud, but up here it is a bit quieter. We deal with property matters every single day. It has a family-run kind of vibe, even though we are a private limited company. We are not trying to impress anyone with big meetings or expensive coffee. We mostly just sit around the table and go through documents. Most people find us through word of mouth because we have been in Maharashtra for a long time. The view from the 12th floor shows just how much this city has grown. There is always construction happening somewhere nearby. We keep track of the local listings and try to help neighbors when they are looking to move or sell their place. It is not a glamorous job, but it is what we know. We are not fans of those pushy sales tactics you see everywhere else. If you need something, you just come by and we chat. Sometimes the building security is a bit strict, but they are just doing their job. It is a decent place to work and we just get things done.
