We are located at Office No 2A in Muni Suvrat Chs right here in Kandivali West. This part of Mumbai is always moving fast and we just try to keep up with it. Most days you will find us sitting in the office dealing with a lot of phone calls and paperwork. People come by looking for a new place to stay or maybe a small shop to start their own thing. We have been in this spot for a while now and the neighbors know us well. The office isn't very big but we have enough chairs for when a family comes in to talk. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud but that is just how it is in Kandivali. We spend our time checking out different buildings and talking to landlords around the area. It is a lot of walking around and making sure we know what is available. We don't have any fancy stuff here, just some desks and files. If someone needs to find a flat or sell their old one, they just drop in. We usually have the fan running and some tea ready if a guest stays long enough. It is a simple way of working but it has worked for us so far. We know the streets around Muni Suvrat Chs like the back of our hands. Finding the right door for someone takes time but we don't mind the wait.
