Shreeji Sagar Catering

We are based at number 11 in Kakad House, which is right across from Liberty Cinema. It is a busy spot near Bombay Hospital in the Nariman Point area. The building is always buzzing with people going to and from the hospital or the offices nearby. We have been operating out of this space for a good while. Our day starts before the city really wakes up, usually around five in the morning. We spend hours just prepping vegetables and getting the big pots ready. It is a lot of heavy lifting and moving crates around. The kitchen gets very steamy, and there is always a lot of shouting back and forth to get things done on time. We don't have a storefront where people can sit and eat; it is all about the catering work we do from here. We manage everything in this small space, from taking orders on the old landline to packing up the delivery vans. Nariman Point is a fast-paced place, and we have to keep up with everyone else around here. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard to get the vans out on time, but we manage somehow. We don't use any fancy equipment, just the stuff that has worked for us for years. It is a bit messy and loud, but that’s just how catering life is. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny office. We just focus on the food and getting it where it needs to go every single day.
