I’m Suresh, and this is my place at Building Number 12 in the Phase 2 industrial area over in Fort. It’s on Bomanji Lane, which can be a bit of a squeeze when the trucks are coming through to deliver goods. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. It’s an old industrial building, so it’s got that specific smell of metal and grease that never really goes away no matter how much we clean. We mostly handle whatever work comes through the door that day. It's not a big corporate office with fancy chairs and glass walls; we just have some sturdy desks and the equipment we need to get things done. Being in the Fort area means there’s always something happening right outside. We see the same people every day at the tea stall downstairs and we usually grab a cup ourselves in the afternoon. My staff and I just try to keep up with the schedules and make sure we don't fall behind. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine acts up, and we have to figure out how to fix it ourselves. It’s just the way it is when you run a small business in an old building like this one. We don’t spend much time on decorations. Most of the walls are just covered in old calendars and notes we’ve pinned up over the years. We focus on the tasks at hand.
