Our office is over in Jogeshwari East, tucked away near the Adi Kabir Ashram. If you know the area near RT Nagar and Mothinagar, you have probably passed us near the Shreeji Industrial Estate. Being a housing agency means we spend a lot of time talking to neighbors and looking at properties around the 1st Main. It is a lot of walking back and forth between different buildings all day. We are not a big chain with hundreds of agents; it is just us in A-16. Most people stop by because they saw our sign or heard about us from someone else down the road. Real estate in this part of town is always changing, so there is always something new to talk about. We keep track of who is moving out and who is looking to move in. It gets busy, especially on the weekends when everyone has time to look at flats. The office is pretty simple, nothing too fancy, just some chairs and a desk where we go over the rental papers. We have seen this neighborhood grow a lot over the years. Some days are slow, and we just sit and have tea while waiting for the phone to ring, but then other days we are out all afternoon showing places. It is a local business through and through.
