You can find our office near Building Number 8 in Tagore Nagar, Vikhroli East. It’s a quiet enough area most of the time. Shree Siddhivinayak Estate Dealers has been operating out of this small space for quite a bit. Vikhroli East is a place where everyone kind of knows everyone, so news travels fast. We mostly deal with the older buildings and some of the newer developments happening nearby. The office is pretty basic with just a couple of tables and some chairs that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time explaining the local rules to people who are moving into Tagore Nagar for the first time. There is a lot of paperwork with the society offices and we help get that sorted out. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks. We just put our name out there and let people come to us when they need a place. Sometimes the rain makes it hard to get around the colony, but we still manage to show properties. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work on the ledgers. It’s a steady kind of job. We meet all kinds of families looking for their first home or maybe just a bigger kitchen. We listen to what they need and see what we have on the list. It’s honest work and we like being part of the Vikhroli community.
