We are based in the Thakur Complex area of Kandivali East. Specifically, you can find us at Mukta Arcade, which is right opposite Hotel Surbhi. It’s a well-known spot because of the hotel, so people usually find us without too much trouble. Shree Siddhivinayak Estate Agency is just a regular office where we handle local real estate. There’s usually a bit of a crowd at the arcade, especially in the afternoons. We have a few desks and some old filing cabinets filled with property details from years ago. We handle a lot of the residential buildings around Thakur Complex. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of new people moving in and out. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking over to different buildings to check on things. The office isn't much to look at, just a place to sit and do the paperwork. We drink a lot of chai and talk to the other shop owners nearby while we wait for clients. Sometimes the monsoon makes the street a bit messy, but we stay open. People come to us because we have been in this arcade for a long time. We know which flats are coming up for lease before they even hit the market. It’s just how things work when you’ve been in one spot for years. We just try to get the keys and the papers sorted out properly.
