We are tucked away in D-201 at Krishna Residency in Malad West. It’s right behind Sunder Nagar and opposite the Radha Krishna School on Bannerghatta Road. If you come by in the morning, you’ll probably smell the spices and the cooking from the street. We’ve been doing catering as Shree Saurashtra Caterers for many years now. Our kitchen is always a busy place with people chopping vegetables and stirring big pots. We focus on the kind of food we grew up eating. It’s not about being fancy or gourmet; it’s about serving a good meal that people enjoy. We spend a lot of time sourcing the right ingredients from the local markets. The kitchen gets really hot, especially when we are preparing for a big event. We have a small team, and most of us have been working together for a long time. We don't have a big marketing department or a polished website. Usually, people find us because they ate our food at a wedding or a party. We just try to make sure everything tastes right and is served on time. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when three orders go out at once, but we manage. We aren't trying to change the world; we just want to feed people well. It’s hard work being on your feet all day, but seeing a clean plate makes it worth it. We just keep our focus on the food and the recipes that work.
