Shree Property Consultant

Our office is over in Kandivali East, specifically at 26 Thakur Complex. We are right opposite the Dominos Pizza, which is a good landmark for people who haven't visited us before. Shree Property Consultant is a small team. We spend our days dealing with the apartments and commercial spaces in and around the Thakur Complex area. It’s a busy part of Kandivali, and there is always something going on outside our window. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people walking in or someone telling their friend about us. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a place has issues, we mention it. We've been in this spot for a while, so we’ve seen the complex change and grow over the years. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, but we enjoy the interaction with the locals. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when a few people come in at once, but we make do. We aren't trying to be the biggest consultants in Mumbai, just the ones who know this specific corner of Kandivali East well. It's a decent place to work, and being near the pizza shop means we never go hungry. We don't use any fancy corporate talk, just plain English and local knowledge to help people find their way in the real estate market.
