We’ve been making pickles here for quite some time. It started as something small and just grew because people liked the taste. We don't have a big factory or automated machines. Most of it is done by hand, from cutting the vegetables to mixing the oils. It gets very busy during the harvest seasons when we get fresh mangoes or lemons in. The ground floor room is usually a bit crowded with crates and containers. Worli is a fast-paced area, but in our little room, things move at their own pace. We don't use fancy labels or do big social media posts. People usually hear about us from their neighbors or friends. The air always smells like chili and mustard oil, which we've grown to love. It’s just a few of us working here, making sure the jars are filled and the lids are tight. We don't have a fancy office. We just have our kitchen area and storage.
