Our office is on the ground floor of Century Celeste, located in the Jakkur Village area within Yelahanka Hobli. It’s number 12, so it is pretty easy to spot once you get into the building complex. We spend most of our time dealing with properties around this part of the city. It’s a developing area, so there is always some new construction or a plot being cleared nearby. We aren’t a big firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us who know the local land records and the people living around here. Most of our day is taken up by phone calls or showing people around the neighborhood. It gets a bit hectic sometimes, especially on weekends when everyone wants to go see sites. We keep the office simple—just some chairs, a table, and a lot of maps on the wall. We don’t go in for fancy talk or corporate jargon. We just tell you what the price is and what the neighborhood is like. If there’s a problem with the water or the roads, we’ll tell you that too. It’s better to be upfront about those things. We’ve been here a while and plan to stay, so keeping a good name with the neighbors is what matters most to us. We just take things one day at a time.
