Our office is at Shop Number 34 in Building Number 38, over in the Akal Co-operative Housing Society. We are located on Tarun Bharat Road in Andheri East, right across from Ramas Hotel and near the old cigarette factory area. It’s a bit of a long address, but once you are on the road, it’s not too hard to spot us. The office is small and usually smells a bit like incense and the tea we keep brewing. We’ve been working out of this society for quite a while. Most of the residents know us since we are right here in the building complex. We handle a lot of the local property work, mostly in this specific part of Andheri and the surrounding areas mentioned in our address. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of people coming and going because of the nearby factories and hotels. We don’t have any slick brochures or a professional receptionist. You just walk in and talk to whoever is sitting at the main desk. We spend our time checking on which apartments are coming up for lease and making sure we have the right contact numbers for the owners. The traffic on Tarun Bharat Road can be a real mess in the evenings, so we usually stay late to avoid the worst of it. We just try to provide practical help to anyone looking for a place or trying to sell one around here. It’s a regular job for us and we just take it one day at a time.
