Shree Krupa Properties

Our office is in New Bharti Tower, located on Yusuf Meher Ali Road in Khar. We have been working in the property business for a while now. Shree Krupa Properties isn't a big agency with hundreds of people. It’s just a few of us who know the Khar area well. The office is simple, with some chairs for guests and files tucked away in cabinets. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out walking around the neighborhood. Yusuf Meher Ali Road is a good place to be, and New Bharti Tower is easy to locate. We talk to a lot of different people every day. Some are looking for a small flat, others want something bigger. We don't use any fancy sales talk. We just show what is available and tell people the truth about the buildings. The real estate market in Khar changes all the time, so we have to stay updated on what is happening. Our desk is usually covered in maps and notes. It’s not a polished environment, just a workspace where we get things done. We like the local vibe here. Sometimes we sit and have tea with people who just want to know about the current rates. We don't have a big mission statement. We just help people find a place to stay or do business. It is a straightforward job and we have been doing it this way for years.
