Shree Krishna Sudama Fusion Food

You have to go up to the fourth floor of the Chuchum Building to find us. We are in room 401. The building is just off Linking Road on Saraswati Road, right across from the HDFC Bank in Santacruz West. It is a bit of a trek up if you aren't used to it, but the view of the street from the fourth floor is actually quite interesting. We do fusion food here, which means our kitchen is always full of different ingredients that you might not expect to see together. The space isn't huge, so we have to be very careful with how we use the kitchen. It can get pretty hot in there during the rush. We spend a lot of time experimenting with different flavors just to see what happens. It’s not always perfect, but we like trying things out. The Chuchum Building is an older one, so it has its quirks, like the occasional leaky pipe or a flickering light in the hallway. We don't have any fancy posters or a big sign on the main road. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just looking at the building directory. It’s a very hands-on job, and we are usually covered in flour or spices by the end of the shift. We just enjoy the process of cooking and seeing what people think of the food. It is a quiet little spot in a very busy part of town.
