Shree Ganesh Estate Agencies

We’re over at Building No C/104, which is Nemi Krishn in Kandivali West. It’s really close to the railway station, so there’s always a lot of foot traffic. Shree Ganesh Estate Agencies has been here for a while. Being near the station means we get all sorts of people walking in. Some are just curious, others are looking for a place urgently. It gets pretty loud with the trains and the crowds, but we’re used to it. The office is in C-wing, room 104. We keep it basic. A few chairs, a computer, and lots of folders. We focus on the Kandivali area because that’s what we know. Selling or renting out flats keeps us busy most of the time. We spend our afternoons showing people around different buildings. It’s a lot of walking back and forth from the station. Nemi Krishn is a well-known building, so people find us easily. We aren't a big fancy firm, just a local agency. We talk to the neighbors and know which rooms are opening up. It’s a practical job. We deal with the paperwork and the deposits. Sometimes things are slow, but usually, there's something to do. We like the energy of Kandivali West. It feels like things are always moving. It’s just a normal day for us here, helping people figure out where they're going to live next. It's busy but we wouldn't have it any other way. It's just a job near the tracks.
