Our office is tucked away in Santacruz East, specifically in Suyog Apartment on Madan Gopal Haveli Road. Being right behind the Grand Hyatt makes it a pretty decent landmark for anyone trying to find us for the first time. We deal with properties around this specific area mostly. It is a small place, nothing too fancy at all, just a couple of old desks and some plastic chairs for visitors. We spend a lot of our time out on the streets looking at flats or meeting with landlords. Real estate in this part of town can be quite a headache, but we have been doing it long enough to know the lanes. We keep track of what is available on paper and on our old computer in the corner. It is mostly just us talking to neighbors and keeping a close eye on any new boards going up in the nearby buildings. Sometimes we are here quite late finishing up some paperwork for a new lease. The road outside can get a bit crowded during prayer times because of the Haveli nearby. It is a local operation, so we know most of the building watchmen around here. We don't promise anything crazy, we just show people what is available and let them decide for themselves. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening.
