You’ll find Shree Estate Agency over in the Uttara Building, right on the 80 Feet Road in Chandra Layout. We’ve been in this part of Bangalore for a good while now. The office is at 1 Andheri 5th Main, which is a busy little corner. It’s just a regular local agency where we spend our days talking to landlords and people looking for a new home or office. Chandra Layout has grown quite a bit, and we’ve seen the 80 Feet Road become a real hub of activity. We don't go in for big advertisements or fancy brochures. Usually, we just have a few listings posted up or we tell people what we have when they walk in. It’s a hands-on kind of job. We’re often out on our scooters going from one house to another to show rooms or check on a property. Sometimes the traffic makes us late, but that’s just Bangalore for you. We try to be straightforward about the rent and the deposits because nobody likes surprises when it comes to money. We aren't a corporate chain; we’re just local folks who know this neighborhood well. We’ve helped many families move into the area and seen kids grow up here. It’s a nice community to be part of.
