Shree Balaji Food Delivery Services

We started Shree Balaji Food Delivery Services in Vikhroli East a few years ago. It’s mostly just us and a few guys on bikes running around Tagore Nagar. It gets really busy around noon when everyone wants their lunch at the same time. Sometimes the traffic is a mess, but we know the shortcuts by now. We handle the cooking and the packing right here. It’s not a big fancy office or anything. Just a kitchen and some delivery bags. Most of our regulars are people working nearby or families who don't want to cook on a Tuesday night. We try to keep things simple. If the food is hot and it gets there on time, people are happy. We’ve had days where the rain made everything hard, but we kept going. We don't have a big website or a call center. You just call, we write it down, and someone heads out. It’s how we’ve always done it. Tagore Nagar has changed a bit since we opened, more buildings now, but the hunger is still the same. We spend most of our day checking orders and making sure the containers are sealed tight. It’s hard work, especially in the heat, but it’s what we do. We like seeing the same faces every day. It feels good to be part of the neighborhood. We don't really have a big team, just a couple of family members and a neighbor who helps out. It works for us.
