Shree Balaji Estate Agency

Our office for Shree Balaji Estate Agency is over in Kandivali East at Sanskruti Building Number 18. We are specifically on T N Setty Lane, which is right in the heart of the Thakur Complex area. If you look across the street from us, you’ll see St Lawrence High School. It gets very loud around here when the school lets out and all the buses and parents arrive at once. We’ve been at this spot for a long time. The office is at unit number 20, and it’s a pretty basic place without any frills. We have some old posters on the wall and a lot of different keys hanging on a board by the door. Most people who live in Thakur Complex know where we are if they need anything. We spend our mornings responding to messages and then the rest of the day is usually spent walking over to different buildings to check on things. It’s a lot of climbing stairs sometimes because not every building around here has a working lift. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone like that. It’s just us handling the requests as they come in. The desks are usually a bit messy with handwritten notes and old site plans. Sometimes we lose a pen or two in the middle of a busy afternoon. It’s a local agency, run by people who live right nearby. We just take things one day at a time.
