Shraddha Sarees

You can find Shraddha Sarees at 29 Chandra Bhuvan. We are situated at 46 Old Hanuman Lane, right on the 1st floor. It’s a bit of a walk up, but that’s how many of the shops in this part of town are set up. Old Hanuman Lane is always buzzing with activity, so it can be quite a climb when you’re carrying things or when the street is full. We have been here for a good bit of time. The building itself has its own character, like most of the older structures around here. Inside the shop, it’s mostly just rows of stock and a place for people to sit and look at what we have. We don’t have a big window display since we are on the first floor, so people usually come looking for us specifically or they hear about us from someone else. It gets a little cramped when more than three or four people are inside at once, but we make it work. The light isn't always the best in these old buildings, but we’ve got enough lamps to see the colors properly. We spend a lot of our time folding and refolding because things get messy quickly when customers are browsing through the piles. It’s a busy life being in this trade. We don't really go for any modern office look or anything. It's just a traditional shop space where we do our daily business and talk to folks.
