We run Shraddha Saburi Veg Fast Food over in Goregaon West. You can find us on Sinhagad Road, zip code 41459. It is a simple setup we have got here. We serve vegetarian food because that is what we know how to make best. The kitchen is small and it gets pretty hot when the stoves are all going at once. We don't have a lot of tables, so people often just stand and eat or take their food to go. It is a bit of a struggle sometimes keeping everything stocked up properly. We go to the market early every morning to get what we need. The prices for vegetables keep going up lately, but we try to keep our prices fair for the neighbors. We aren't professional chefs, just people who like to cook for others. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't found the time to do it yet. Most of our customers work nearby on Sinhagad Road. They come in for a quick lunch and we try to get it to them as fast as possible. We don't use fancy plates, just the basic ones that are easy to wash. It's a lot of long hours standing on our feet. We don't mind though. It is good to have a job and a place of our own in Goregaon West.
