Showroom Kings Property

Showroom Kings Property is based out of Mouli Kripa, specifically at A/1, 492 in the Tardeo area. This part of Mumbai is always moving, and we are right in the middle of it. We spend most of our time looking at commercial spaces and showrooms around the city. Our own space in Tardeo is simple. We have some tables, chairs, and maps of the local areas. It’s not a high-end real estate office with polished marble floors. It’s more of a place where we sit down with people and look at what’s available on the market. Tardeo has a lot of history and a lot of business, so it’s a good place for us to be based. We aren't big on fancy talk or long presentations. Usually, someone tells us what kind of shop or showroom they want, and we see what we can find in our records. It’s a lot of walking around and checking out different properties to see if they are in good shape. We know the streets around here quite well since we have been at Mouli Kripa for a while. It’s a busy life, always on the phone or out at a site. We don't have a big corporate mission or anything. We just keep track of the properties and try to be helpful when someone is looking for a new spot for their business. That’s pretty much our daily routine here.
