Our office is located at number 3 in Suraj Apartment. If you are looking for us, we are situated right near the New India Co Operative Bank here in Kandivali West. It is a very handy location because the bank is a good landmark for people who have not visited this side of the neighborhood before. We spend most of our working days answering the phone and showing people different rooms or small shops around the area. It is mostly local residents who come in to see us. We have been doing this for a long time now, so we know which buildings are well-kept and which ones might have some trouble with the water supply or the lift. We do not make promises that we cannot keep. Sometimes the property market is very slow and other times it is incredibly busy, so we just try to keep up with the pace. The office space is small, but it gets the job done for us. We try to keep our files organized, but my desk is usually covered in little notes and phone numbers. When someone needs a place to rent, we go out and look at a few different options together. It takes a lot of time to find the right spot, so we never try to rush the process. Usually, we are here from the morning until the local shops start closing up for the night.
