Shirazi Estate

Our office is on the fifth floor of the Dariwala Building, which is right in Bhendi Bazar near JJ Hospital. Being up on the fifth floor gives us a bit of a view of the busy streets below, even if the building itself is quite old and doesn't have the fastest lift in the world. Shirazi Estate has been part of this neighborhood for a long time. Bhendi Bazar is a place with a lot of energy, and being near the hospital means there is always something going on outside our windows. We have a modest space here with some old desks and a few chairs for visitors to sit in. It is not a polished corporate office by any means. There is usually a bit of dust on the windows and the sound of traffic coming up from the ground level all day long. We spend most of our time talking to people about properties and checking on different sites around the GIDC area. It is a lot of walking and a lot of talking to different folks. We do not use any fancy scripts when people call us on the phone. We just tell them what we know and try to help them out as best as we can. The Dariwala Building has seen a lot of history, and we feel like a small part of that story. It is a practical place for a practical business, and we would not have it any other way.
