Shimmer

Shimmer operates out of Gala No. 415 on the 4th floor of the Unique building. We are located just off Veer Savarkar Marg, which is usually quite busy with traffic and people going to work. Being on the fourth floor means we have to use the lift quite a bit, and sometimes it is slower than we would like. The office itself is part of Elektromang Devices Pvt. Ltd. It is a functional space with rows of tables and a lot of wires and components scattered around. We do not have a big view from the windows, just other buildings and the tops of trees. It gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of stock coming in, but we manage to find space. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a relief in this weather. We are not big on decorations; we just have a few calendars on the wall and some old photos. It is a place where we come to focus and get the technical side of things right. The staff here has been around for a long time, so we all know how the machines work and where the spare parts are kept. It is not a place for visitors to come and see a show, it is just where we do the work. We keep things moving and try to stay on top of the schedule. That is the daily routine for us.
