Shilp Associates

Shilp Associates is based in Andheri East, down in G-2. It’s a small office space, but we manage to fit everything we need inside. Andheri is always buzzing, so there is never a dull moment outside our door. We’re a small group here, and we mostly focus on the technical side of building and design. We aren't the type of place with a big sign or a fancy glass front. You just walk in and you'll see us at our desks. Most of the time, the tables are covered in site plans and sketches. We talk to a lot of contractors and regular homeowners who just want to get their projects finished. It's a lot of back and forth, making sure every detail is right before anything gets built. We don't use a lot of jargon when we talk to people. We just explain things in plain English so everyone is on the same page. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up a drawing, but that's part of the job. The neighborhood has everything we need, from tea stalls to supply shops, so we don't have to go far for anything. It’s just a practical, local business. We’ve had the same furniture for years and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but the work we do is what really matters to us.
