Shermans Real Estate

Shermans Real Estate is down on the ground floor of Apolo Industrial in Andheri East. We are at unit number 20. Being in an industrial estate means it’s not exactly the prettiest place to work, but it’s very functional. There are trucks moving in and out all day, and there’s always the smell of grease or manufacturing from the neighboring units. Our office is a bit rugged. We have metal shelves for our files and heavy-duty floor mats because people are always walking in with dusty shoes from the yard. It’s a no-nonsense kind of place. We don't have fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We just have what we need to get the job done. Andheri East is a busy hub, and being on the ground floor makes it easy for clients to just drop by without having to navigate stairs or elevators. We spend a lot of time coordinating between different sites, so the office is often empty for a few hours in the middle of the day while we are out. We leave a note on the door when that happens. It’s just how we operate. The staff is small, and we’ve all been working together for a long time now. We know the local chai wallah by name and he knows exactly how we like our tea. It’s a gritty, hard-working atmosphere, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
