Shelter Estate Consultancy

Shelter Estate Consultancy is based out of Shop No 1 on Plot No 274. We are located in the Shiv D building in Kandivali West. It’s a quiet little corner near Krishnappa Garden and C V Raman Nagar. Being right opposite Dena Bank makes it easy for people to find us, which is lucky because the garden area can be a bit of a maze if you aren't from around here. Our office is modest. We have some plants by the window that we occasionally remember to water, and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. It’s a very local feel. We see the same faces every morning when the bank opens up and when people go for their walks in the garden. Kandivali has this mix of old and new, and our street is no different. We spend a lot of time just chatting with the neighbors or the bank staff. The work isn't always exciting, mostly just checking documents and making calls, but we like the routine. The shop gets a nice breeze in the afternoons when we leave the door open. We don't use a lot of fancy tech; we still write things down in big journals most of the time. It feels more reliable that way. It’s a small operation, just a few of us making sure things get done without too much fuss. We like being near the garden.
