Shell Realty

Shell Realty is tucked away on the second floor of Raghule in Kandivali West, specifically Shop No 177. It is a bit of a climb if you are not used to it, but the view of the street from up here is alright. We are near the 5th C Cross on Airport Road, which is usually packed with people going somewhere. Being in Kodihalli means there is always something happening outside. Our office isn't very large. It’s mostly filled with folders and old registers. We started here because the location seemed practical for getting around the city. Most of the time, we are out visiting sites or meeting people at coffee shops because our office gets cramped if more than three people show up at once. The building itself is older, and sometimes the lift acts up, so we just take the stairs. It keeps us moving, I guess. We handle things as they come. There is no grand strategy here, just us trying to keep track of who is buying what and where the paperwork is hidden. The area has a lot of energy, and being so close to the airport road means we hear the planes once in a while. It’s a bit noisy, but we like the bustle. We’ve stayed in this spot because it’s familiar. People in the neighborhood recognize the shop sign now. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people doing their jobs.
