Sheetalmargi

Jogeshwari East is one of those parts of Mumbai that never seems to sleep. Working out of B/3 Hasman Flat in the Owners Co-Operative Housing Society has been my routine for a long time. Sheetalmargi is located right on H.F. Society Road, which can get pretty loud with all the rickshaws and people heading to the station. The office is really just a part of the flat where I have squeezed in a computer and a lot of shelving. There isn't much space to move around once you get a few people in here, but we make it work. I handle everything myself, from the initial calls to the final paperwork. It is a lot of juggling, but I have gotten used to the pace. The building is older, so you have those thick walls and a bit of a musty smell during the rains, but it feels solid. I do not go for any of that corporate talk or big promises. If someone asks for something, I tell them honestly how long it will take and what it will cost. Most of my clients are people who live in the 400060 area or have heard about me from a neighbor. It is a small operation, and I like keeping it that way because I can actually remember everyone's name. Sometimes I work late into the night because that is when it finally gets quiet outside. It is just a simple, local setup where the work is the main focus.
