Colgate Palmolive

Colgate Palmolive is tucked away in Goregaon East, specifically in the Bangalee Compound area. Our office is actually inside Kausthubham CHS, in flat 102 of the B wing. It might seem a bit strange to have a name like this in a residential building, but that is how this branch is set up. Gokhuldham is a pretty lively neighborhood, so there is always something going on outside the gates. Inside the flat, we have turned the rooms into working spaces. It is mostly desks, some filing cabinets, and the usual office equipment. It feels more like a home than a corporate office, which I think makes the day go by a bit faster. We deal with a lot of the administrative side of things here. There isn't a fancy cafeteria, so we all just bring our own tiffin boxes and eat in the kitchen area. The light in the afternoon is quite nice through the windows. We do not really have visitors often; it is mostly just us doing our daily tasks and keeping the records straight. It is a quiet spot compared to the main roads of Mumbai. We have been in this building for some time and the security guards know us all by name. It is just a practical, local office where we get through the work without any big fuss or complicated systems. It works out well for everyone on the team and keeps us focused.
