Resources Development Co Ltd

Resources Development Co Ltd is located in Narayan Thakur House. We are right in Deonar Village, which is a bit of a different world compared to the rest of Mumbai. The Metal Box Company is the big landmark nearby that we tell everyone to look for. Our office is a simple setup where we handle various development projects. It’s an old building, and it has that specific Mumbai smell of salt and old concrete. We have a few fans whirring over our heads all day to keep the air moving. Deonar can be quite dusty with all the trucks moving around, so we are always cleaning the desks. We have a small staff and we all sit in the same room. There isn’t much privacy, but it makes it easy to ask questions and share information. We deal with a lot of documents and maps. The chairs are functional but not very soft. Most of us have been working together for years, so we don't need many formal meetings. We just talk across the room. We usually bring our own tiffins for lunch and eat together at the big table in the back. The office is close to the main road but tucked back enough that we don't get all the traffic noise. It’s a practical place for practical work. We don't have a website that looks like a movie or any fancy brochures. We just do the work that needs doing and go home when it’s finished for the day.
