You’ll find us on the 1st floor at 44 Nagdevi Cross Lane, right near Tumkur Road. It’s a busy area for tools and hardware, so we fit right in. We sell all sorts of tools that people need for their jobs or home projects. Being on the first floor means we have to carry things up the stairs, which keeps us fit. The shop is filled with shelves from floor to ceiling. Sometimes it’s hard to find a specific wrench if we haven't put it back in the right spot, but we usually know where everything is. It’s a bit cramped in here, but that’s just how Nagdevi Cross Lane is. We’ve been here for a good while and have seen many other shops come and go. We don't have any flashy displays or sales pitches. We just tell people what we have in stock and what it costs. Most of our customers are regulars who work in the nearby factories or construction sites. They know we have the stuff that doesn't break after one use. We drink a lot of tea while we wait for the deliveries to arrive from the main road. It’s a noisy street with all the traffic, but we like the energy. We’re just a small team trying to keep the shelves full and the customers happy with what they buy.
