We are located at Shop 2/B on Sherly Rajan Road, which is right in the heart of Bandra West. If you know where Rizvi Management College is, we are just a short walk from there. The shop isn't very large, but it’s packed with cables, old screens, and computer parts we’ve collected over time. It gets pretty humid here in Mumbai, so the fan is always going. We spend most of our hours looking at motherboards and trying to figure out why someone’s laptop stopped working suddenly. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads, but you still hear the bikes and the college kids passing by all day. We started this place because we liked messing around with hardware, and it just turned into a daily routine. There’s always a stack of things to be repaired in the corner. Sometimes we run out of space for all the boxes, so we have to shuffle things around just to find a chair to sit on. It’s just a few of us here. We don't have a big corporate team or fancy uniforms. We just wear what’s comfortable and focus on the screens in front of us. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk, while other days it feels like everyone’s computer broke at the same time. That’s just how a repair shop works in a place like Bandra. We’re usually here until late evening finishing up the last few jobs.
