Sai Communication Center & General Store

We are located in Mulund East, specifically in S Block of the MIDC 1 area. This is a bit of an industrial zone, so most of our customers are people working in the nearby factories or offices. We do a bit of everything here—phone recharges, selling small items, and general store stuff. Being in the MIDC means the crowd is different from a regular residential street. It is very busy during the lunch hour and then again when the shifts change in the evening. Sai Communication has been a staple here for a while. We have a couple of old fans that hum all day long trying to keep the place cool. It gets dusty because of all the trucks moving around S Block, so I am constantly wiping down the counters with a rag. It is not a glamorous job, but it is important for the workers who need to top up their phones or grab a quick biscuit. I spend a lot of time just chatting with the regulars who stop by for a minute to get away from their machines. We try to keep a bit of everything in stock because you never know what someone might ask for in the middle of a workday. It is a noisy, busy place to be, but I like the energy of the industrial area. We just keep the doors open and help whoever comes through.
