Sharad Mishra

I’m Sharad Mishra, and I work out of Antop Hill. The address is 146 5399, which can be a bit confusing for people who aren't from around here. It’s a busy area with a lot of people living close together. I’ve lived and worked in this spot for a while now. It’s not a big corporate setup. It’s just me and a couple of people helping out when things get busy. My office is basically a room with some basic furniture. I don’t see the need for anything more than that. Antop Hill has its own vibe. It’s loud and there’s always something happening outside the window. I do my work, talk to my clients, and try to keep things simple. Sometimes the electricity goes out, or the water is an issue, but that’s just life in this part of the city. People come to me because they know I’m right here and I don’t disappear. I’m not trying to build some empire. I just want to do my job well enough to keep going. Most of my day is spent on the phone or handling paperwork. It’s practical, honest work. I’ve known the neighbors for years, so there’s always someone stopping by for a chat. It’s a local life, and I’m quite alright with that. Living in Antop Hill means you are never really alone. My space at 146 5399 is where I’ve spent most of my adult life. I know every crack in the ceiling. It’s a modest setup, but it’s mine. I don’t believe in putting on an act.
