Shanti Siddhi Realtors Llp is located in Parel, Mumbai. We are on the 6th floor of Rajkamal Apartment A. The building is on Rajkamal Marg. Parel is an interesting place because of all the old history and the new buildings coming up everywhere. Our office is at House 61. It’s a bit of an older style setup but it’s comfortable for the team. We have a lot of stairs and the lift is a bit slow sometimes, so we just wait. Being on the 6th floor gives us a bit of a break from the noise on the street below. There’s always construction happening somewhere nearby in Parel. We spend a lot of time just working through the usual stuff that comes with our business. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything. It’s just us doing the paperwork and talking to people. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with documents but we know where everything is. The local tea guy knows our order by heart now. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity. We just handle our business from this apartment building in 400012. It’s practical and it works. Most days are just regular workdays with nothing too fancy going on. We like being in this part of Mumbai because it feels real and busy. We’ve been here for a while and don't plan on moving anytime soon. It’s our little corner of the city.
