Shanti Estate Agency has a bit of an interesting setup since we cover areas from Kandivali East over to Grant Road West. Our main spot is at number 14 in the Thakur Complex. It’s a familiar place for anyone living around Kandivali. We also spend a lot of time near Nana Chowk. Running an estate agency means we are constantly on the move between these different neighborhoods. One hour we might be in the Thakur Complex and the next we are heading over towards Grant Road. It’s a lot of driving and walking around to look at different flats or shops. The real estate market in these parts of town never really stops. We started this because we knew the area well and people kept asking us for help finding places to live or work. We aren't a big chain with hundreds of offices. It’s just us trying to keep track of who is moving where. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up, but we get through it. The office is pretty basic, nothing too special to look at. We find that most people just want to know what's available and what the price is. We don't try to dress things up or make them sound better than they are. If a place has a leaky pipe, we say so. It’s just how we prefer to do things here. We know these streets well and spend our time getting the job done.
