We spend our days managing the paperwork and talking to people who come by. It is a very direct way of doing business. We don't have a marketing department or anyone writing fancy slogans for us. We just rely on doing our work steadily. Sometimes the lift in the building doesn't work, so we have to take the stairs, which is good exercise I suppose. We know the other people who work in the building, and there is a sense of familiarity when we see them in the corridors. We don't try to impress anyone with polished presentations. We just sit down and discuss things in plain English. It is a comfortable way to work, and it has served us well over the years.
