We have been working out of Prabhadevi for quite some time now. Our office is located at 435 on Puna Street, which is very close to the Kismat Cinema. Most people around here use the theater as a landmark to find us. It is a busy part of the neighborhood, and there is always a lot of noise and movement outside our door. Shailesh Estate Consultants is basically just a few of us sitting at our desks and dealing with property matters all day. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking over old maps and documents. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular place with some chairs for visitors and a lot of files. Sometimes the dust from the street gets inside, so we are always cleaning the tables. We know the streets around Prabhadevi really well since we walk them almost every day. It’s interesting to see how the buildings change and who is moving in or out. We just try to keep up with everything happening on Puna Street. If you ever walk past the cinema, you’ve probably seen our sign hanging there. We don't really do big advertisements. Most people just walk in because they saw us while going to a movie or running errands. It’s a simple way to run a business, but it works for us. We just stay busy and handle whatever comes through the door.
