Shah Insurance

We have our office at number 5 in the Sneha Sadan Building over in Mahim. It is situated right opposite the Welcome Medical Store which is a landmark everyone in the area knows. Most of our work involves sitting at the desk and going through stacks of insurance papers. We’ve been here in Mahim for quite a long time and have seen the neighborhood change around us. The building is one of those older structures with a lot of history. Inside we have some wooden cabinets and a few chairs for when people come by to talk about their policies. It’s not a fancy corporate office with glass walls or anything. We prefer it this way because it feels more personal. Sometimes the traffic outside Mahim Sneha Sadan gets very loud but we just close the door and keep working. We know most of our clients by name because they’ve been coming to us for years. If someone has a question they usually just walk in from the street. We handle the paperwork and try to make things as clear as possible without using too much difficult language. Being across from the medical store means there are always people around. It’s a small operation and we do everything ourselves from this room in Mahim. We just try to be helpful and stay honest with the people who trust us.
