Shah Hardware Tools & Electricals is tucked away in Borivali East at Jammu Colony. We are on the first floor inside the Jainuddin Compound at Jagtamba Niwas. It is not the easiest place to find if you aren't looking for it, but we have been here for a good while. You have to walk up the stairs which are a bit narrow, especially if you are carrying boxes of wires or heavy tools. Inside the shop, things are a bit cramped because we try to keep so much hardware and electrical stuff in one place. We have light bulbs, switches, and all sorts of hand tools piled up in different corners. The lighting isn't great, but we know where every single screw and washer is kept. The compound can get quite busy with other businesses around us, and there is always someone moving a cart or shouting about a delivery. In the monsoon, it gets a bit damp, but we keep the stock covered up well. We don't have a big fancy sign or anything, just the work we do every day. Sometimes the neighbors from Jammu Colony drop by just to chat while we are sorting out the electrical kits. It’s just a normal local business where we work hard and hope the power doesn't go out during the busy afternoon hours.
