Shah Food

Shah Food is inside the Dishtensh Building in Vikhroli, specifically units 302 and 303. It’s a busy building with a lot of different people coming in and out. Since we deal with food, there is always something going on with deliveries or packing. The kitchen area gets really humid, especially when everything is running at once. Vikhroli is a fast-paced place, and we try to keep up with it. Our units aren't huge, but we have managed to fit all our equipment in there. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped when we have a lot of orders to get through. We don't have a fancy storefront where you can sit down. It’s more of a place where the actual work happens behind the scenes. We spend a lot of time cleaning and making sure everything is sanitary because that’s the most important part of food. The hallways in the Dishtensh Building are usually full of boxes. We know the security guys and the other tenants well enough. We don't do a lot of talking, just focused on the orders. It’s a lot of standing on your feet and moving quickly. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just make the food and hope people like what we are doing. It’s a simple operation in a busy part of town. The morning smells of spices and cooking are the best part of the day for us.
