You can find our office at Shop No. 2 in the Talati Apartments. We are right on S.V. Road, very close to the Irla Bridge in the Andheri West area. It is a very noisy and busy part of town because of all the traffic that goes over the bridge and along the main road. Being in a small shop like this means we see a lot of people passing by our window every hour. At Shah Estate Agency, we focus on the apartments and commercial spaces around Andheri. The shop is quite small, and we have filled it up with desks and cabinets for all our records. We usually keep the door open to let in some air, even though the dust from the road can be a bit much sometimes. We spend a lot of time talking to owners and people looking for a place to stay. It involves a lot of walking around the neighborhood to show different flats. Andheri West is always changing with new buildings going up, and we try to keep track of it all in our notebooks. We are not a big company with many branches; it is just us here in this one shop. We have been in this location for years and know all the shortcuts and the best times to avoid the bridge traffic when we have a meeting. It is just a normal day of work for us.
