Shagun Estate Agency is located at Shop No 216 on J P Road. We are right in Andheri West, near Manish Market and the Central M I D C Road. It’s a busy part of town, and our little shop is right in the thick of it. We’ve been here for a good while, helping people find flats and offices in this part of Mumbai. Dealing with property in Andheri is always a bit of a marathon because things move so fast. We don’t have a fancy corporate office; it’s just a regular shop where we keep all our listings and files. You’ll usually find one of us on the phone or out showing a place to a client. We know the streets around Manish Market very well, including all the shortcuts. It’s a lot of legwork, but that is how this business works. We don’t do those long, polished speeches about real estate. We just show you what’s available and tell you the rent or the price. Sometimes the traffic on J P Road is a nightmare, but we still manage to get to our appointments. It’s a local business run by people who actually live and work in the area.
