Seven Star Property

We are based in Shop Number 3 of the Skydack Building, which is right on Yagnic Road in Andheri West. It’s a busy spot with lots of people always walking past the window. The shop is small but we’ve managed to fit in everything we need to run the business. We focus on properties in the Andheri West area, whether it’s for rent or for sale. Being on Yagnic Road means we get a lot of walk-in inquiries from people who are just exploring the neighborhood. I usually sit near the front so I can greet whoever comes in. We have a lot of listings on the boards and in our folders. It can get a bit hectic during the weekends when everyone has time to look at houses. I have a small team of two people who help me show the properties to interested families. We don’t really do the whole corporate thing with suits and big presentations. We just talk like regular people and show what’s actually available. Sometimes we have to deal with difficult owners or confusing paperwork, but that is part of the job. We’ve been in this building for a few years and have seen many shops come and go. We just keep doing our work and helping people find a place to stay or work. It’s a simple, honest local shop and we try to do right by everyone.
