You can find us over in Andheri East, specifically at Lok Centre in the 4th Phase. It’s tucked away near 2nd Cross and 3rd Main, but once you find the building, it’s easy. We spend most of our day on the phone or driving around to different sites. This part of Andheri is always moving, so there is always something to do. Our office is a small space where we keep all the property maps and documents. It’s not very modern looking, but it serves the purpose. We deal with various types of commercial and residential spaces around this side of town. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the traffic outside, but that is just how it is here. I usually have my tea at the stall downstairs before starting the day's meetings. We don't use any big software to track things, mostly just some old registers and a few notes on the computer. It’s a small operation. My nephew helps out with the site visits when I’m stuck with paperwork. We don't make big promises, we just show what is on the market and help people settle the details. It's practical work. Most of our clients come through word of mouth from people who have lived in the area for years. We try to keep things simple and clear for everyone who walks through the door.
