Sem Civil & Painting Works

Our base is located at 6 Mumbai Central Ho, specifically on the 2nd floor near 27 Temkar Street. We are right opposite J J Hospital, so there is always the sound of sirens and a lot of people moving around outside. Sem Civil & Painting Works is a busy little office. We usually have buckets of paint samples and brushes lying around on the shelves. Because we do civil work and painting, our clothes usually have a few spots of white or grey on them. The building we are in is quite old and has that classic Mumbai Central character. It’s a bit of a climb to the second floor, but it’s where we keep all our project files and supply lists. We spend a lot of time out at job sites, but this is where we come back to plan the next day. The walls in our own office could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy painting everyone else’s buildings. It’s a practical space with a few worn-out chairs and a big table for looking at blueprints. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just fix things and paint walls. Being near J J Hospital means we are in a very central spot, which makes it easier for our crews to get to different parts of the city. We have our ladders and drop cloths stacked in the corner. It's a simple place for us.
