We are located on the first floor of the Rna Arcade, shop number 53. It’s right on the Andheri West Link Road, very close to Highpoint. This is a really busy part of town, and we’ve been here for a good long time. Being in the arcade means we get a lot of people dropping by while they are out doing other things. We don't have a big, fancy corporate office. It’s a functional space where we sit down and talk about real estate. Most of our work is concentrated here in Andheri West. We know the buildings and the neighborhoods around the Link Road very well. We don't use any high-pressure sales tactics or fancy presentations. We just show people what’s available and help them navigate the process of buying or renting. Sometimes the arcade is a bit noisy, but we are used to it by now. We spend our days checking listings, talking to owners, and meeting folks who are looking for a new place. It’s a lot of back and forth, but we like the pace. Being near Highpoint makes it easy for people to find us. We’re just a small team of consultants who know the local area and try to do a good job for the people who come to see us. It’s simple, local work, and we’ve been doing it this way since we opened our doors at Rna Arcade.
