We are Seer Realty India Pvt Ltd. Our workspace is over at Suit 1206, Regus Level 1, Trade in Bandra East MIDC. Since it is a shared office building, there are always lots of different companies and people walking around the halls. We have our own little area where we handle all our realty stuff. Bandra East is a very busy part of the city, especially during the middle of the day with all the other offices nearby. We’ve been using this office for a while now. The building is modern enough, but our actual room is just plain with the basic things we need to work. We spend a lot of time on the phones or looking through property documents. There are people coming in and out of the building all day long. We don't have a big sign out front, just our name on the directory list in the lobby. It’s a convenient spot for us to meet people or just do our daily work. The lifts can be a bit of a wait around lunch time when everyone is going out. We don't really do anything flashy here. It's just a place where we come to do our jobs and then go home when we are finished. If you are looking for us, just head to the Trade building and go to the first level. We are in the Regus section. It's a simple setup for what we do.
